Social Support

Matthew’s Hub offers social opportunities for young people with Autism and ADHD to help them build confidence, connections and essential life skills in a supportive environment.

Many of these young people face challenges with communication, attention and social interaction, which can lead to isolation or low self-esteem.

By creating safe and inclusive spaces where they can meet others, share interests and practice social skills, we promote a sense of belonging, emotional well-being and confidence. These opportunities not only reduce loneliness but also encourage understanding, celebrate individual strengths and help young people develop the social and independence skills they need to thrive in school, work and daily functioning.

Who can attend?

Matthew's Hub members ages 13-17 years old

Online Youth Group (Members Only)

Our online youth group is a great introduction to our social activities. It allows members join at their own pace within the comfort of their own home. It’s a space to hang out online and play games. The session is led by one of our Peer Mentors.
