HAADS Post Diagnostic Support
Mentoring is available as part of the post assessment support commissioned by the Humber Trust Foundation for individuals diagnosed and referred by Humber Adult Autism Diagnostic Service (HAADS)
Post Diagnostic Mentoring Support at Matthew's Hub offers a unique opportunity to talk to one of our team of neurodivergent peer mentors who have lived experience alongside knowledge through working with other autistic and/or ADHD adults and young people.
Post diagnostic mentoring is a space to explore your diagnosis, at a time when you are ready to do so. This may involve learning more about autism and/or ADHD, reflecting on how it impacts you as an individual, discussing your own traits and experiences with another neurodivergent person, and provides an opportunity to explore and develop strategies to understand and if possible minimise associated difficulties.
Mentoring sessions can be in person or online to suit.
