School Sessions

Matthew’s Hub offers engaging and educational school sessions that help young people gain a better understanding of Autism and ADHD. These sessions are chargeable and commissioned by individual schools, so they are not available in every school.

Our School sessions are designed to promote awareness, acceptance and inclusion within schools, while also supporting neurodivergent students in learning more about themselves. Through interactive workshops, group discussions and creative activities, young people explore topics such as how people experience the world differently, the strengths that come with neurodiversity and practical ways to support themselves and their peers. Our sessions encourage young people to meet new people, share their perspectives and develop empathy and respect for others. By creating open conversations in a positive environment, we aim to build more inclusive school experiences where every student feels seen, supported and confident in who they are.
