Autism Forward

Autism Forward is a programme that Matthew’s Hub mentors may recommend to members who we feel would benefit from employability support.

Matthew’s Hub receives funding from Autism Forward to provide specialist employability mentoring specifically for members who are ready to enter the workplace. This support can include skill‑matching, CV and cover‑letter writing, and preparation for employment.

"Work ready" means being fully prepared to enter and succeed in employment – referring to an individual who has the necessary skills, experience, mindset and motivation to thrive from day one throughout this employability programme.

Autism Forward CIO is a charity focused on supporting autistic adults into employment. They provide funding to enable autistic people to access specialist mentoring services to help them to fulfil their potential in their journey to employment. They also work with employers to provide appropriate reasonable adjustments.
