Post Diagnostic Support

This service is only available to individuals diagnosed and referred by: Humber Adult Autism Diagnosis Service (HAADS) OR Children's Neurodiversity Front Door Team

If you have been diagnosed elsewhere – we can support you with our social activities and weekly groups only – See our What's On to find out more.

Post Diagnostic Mentoring Support at Matthew's Hub offers a unique opportunity to talk to other neurodivergent people. Our mentoring sessions are delivered by our team of neurodivergent peer mentors who have lived experience alongside knowledge through working with other autistic and/or ADHD adults and young people.

Post Diagnostic mentoring is a space for someone to explore their diagnosis, at a time when they are ready to do so. This may involve learning more about autism and/or ADHD, reflecting on how it impacts you as an individual, discussing your own traits and experiences with another neurodivergent person, and provides an opportunity to explore and develop strategies to minimise (if possible) associated difficulties.

Post diagnostic mentoring is only available to members 13+ who have received an Autism diagnosis via HAADS OR those who have been referred by the Neurodiversity Front Door Service.

Mentoring sessions can be in person or online depending on the individuals preference. For post mentoring we can offer up to 3/4 sessions.

If you would like more information about our mentoring sessions, please email hello@matthewshub.org
