Young People's Support
We support young people age 13-25, with a diagnosis of Autism and or ADHD, and also those who are on the waiting list for assessment. If you are not on the waiting list you will need to contact the Neurodiversity Front Door Team or your School SENCO (Special Educational Needs Coordinator) to request a referral for assessment. Social Support
Matthew’s Hub offers social opportunities for young people with Autism and ADHD to help them build confidence, connections and essential life skills in a supportive environment. Many of these young people face challenges with communication, attention and social interaction, which can lead to isolation or low self-esteem. By creating safe and inclusive spaces where they can meet others, share interests and practice social skills, we promote a sense of belonging, emotional well-being and confidence. These opportunities not only reduce loneliness but also encourage understanding, celebrate individual strengths and help young people develop the social and independence skills they need to thrive in school, work and daily functioning.
Online Youth Group (Members Only)
Our online youth group is a great introduction to our social activities. It allows members join at their own pace within the comfort of their own home. It’s a space to hang out online and play games. The session is led by one of our Peer Mentors.

Core Needs Support
Working with the Neurodiversity Front Door Team and selected Schools, Matthew’s Hub offer support and advice at school on identifying needs and making reasonable adjustments, both at school and home. This service is for young people who are seeking an assessment for Autism/ADHD it is not for those already diagnosed.
School Sessions
Matthew’s Hub offers engaging and educational school sessions that help young people gain a better understanding of Autism and ADHD. These sessions are chargeable and commissioned by individual schools, so they are not available in every school.
Our School sessions are designed to promote awareness, acceptance and inclusion within schools, while also supporting neurodivergent students in learning more about themselves. Through interactive workshops, group discussions and creative activities, young people explore topics such as how people experience the world differently, the strengths that come with neurodiversity and practical ways to support themselves and their peers. Our sessions encourage young people to meet new people, share their perspectives and develop empathy and respect for others. By creating open conversations in a positive environment, we aim to build more inclusive school experiences where every student feels seen, supported and confident in who they are.
