Who We Support - Members are Autistic people and those with ADHD without a learning disability. Aged 13 or over, living in Hull and East Riding

So what exactly do we do? 

Here's a quick summary of the support we offer to our Members

Post Diagnostic Support

Neurodivergent staff helping neurodivergent people understand how their autism impacts on them. This is free those who have recently been referred to us by HAADS.

Peer Mentoring

Peer mentoring is available to those who have a historic diagnosis or have been diagnosed privately or through the Right to Choose system, mentoring can be accessed for a charge of £40 per session.

Coaching

Helping autistic people and those with ADHD to develop strategies and coping mechanisms to live their best life. Coaching can be accessed for a charge of £40 per session.

Social activities

Helping combat loneliness (weekly groups, walk & talk, cinema, theatre etc). These are free for all members 18+ plus who have a diagnosis of Autism and/or ADHD.

Parent support

Online support, workshops and more are available for all parents of young people who have a diagnosis of Autism and/or ADHD. Some services, such as our parents' workshops are only open to those referred by the Neurodiversity Front Door Service, or for members who were referred by the Humber Adult Autism Diagnostic Service.

Advice and support group

This group offers people a weekly opportunity to speak to staff about housing, employment, benefits, health etc. These sessions are for all members 18+ who have a diagnosis of Autism and/or ADHD.

Youth group

Weekly in-person on Fridays, and online on Mondays. This is for all young people 13+ who have a diagnosis of Autism and/or ADHD. We also have a new transition group for those aged 18 to 25.

Training and workshops

Raising awareness and understanding of Autism and ADHD with neurodivergent individuals, organisations, parents and families.
