Peer Mentoring

Peer mentoring is available to people who have a historic diagnosis or have been diagnosed privately through the Right to Choose system. Mentoring can be accessed for a charge of £40 per session.

Peer Mentoring at Matthew's Hub offers a unique opportunity to talk to one of our team of neurodivergent peer mentors who have lived experience alongside knowledge through working with other autistic and/or ADHD adults and young people.

Mentoring  is a space to explore your diagnosis, at a time when you are ready to do so. This may involve learning more about autism and/or ADHD, reflecting on how it impacts you as an individual, discussing your own traits and experiences with another neurodivergent person, and provides an opportunity to explore and develop strategies to understand and if possible minimise associated difficulties.

Mentoring sessions can be in person or online to suit.

If you would like more information about our mentoring sessions, please email hello@matthewshub.org

All members can access our social activities and weekly groups – See our What's On to find out more.
