Online Introductory Training

We recommend that adults begin with our online Autism and ADHD introductory training. This training is written by our staff who are neurodivergent themselves, which means we can expand upon the topics with our own lived-experience examples.

Who can attend?

This training is open to all. It's for anyone who wants to learn about Autism and ADHD - including those considering seeking a diagnosis, those with a diagnosis, plus friends and family of Autistic adults and those with ADHD.

The training is free for those living in Hull and East Riding. Those living outside the region are welcome to join us to, though there is a small fee which helps Matthew's Hub continue the work we do!
