Young People's Support
We support young people age 13-25, with a diagnosis of Autism and/or ADHD who have been referred to us by the Neurodiversity Front Door Team.
Matthew's Hub are unable to provide support for those on the waiting list. If your child/young person is on the waiting list we suggest:
- Attending our free online training for parents and carers
- Visit Aim Higher to see what social events may be suitable
- Visit the Hull Parent Carer Forum
- Visit the East Yorkshire Parent Carer Forum
- COMING SOON - online resources
If you are not on the waiting list you will need to contact the Neurodiversity Front Door Team or your School SENCO (Special Educational Needs Coordinator) to request a referral for assessment.
Young people who are diagnosed through right to choose or who have a previous diagnosis are not eligible for our 1:1 support but can access our social support.
Core Needs Support
Working with the Neurodiversity Front Door Team and selected Schools, Matthew’s Hub offer support and advice at school on identifying needs and making reasonable adjustments, both at school and home.
This service is for young people who are seeking an assessment for Autism/ADHD it is not for those already diagnosed.
