In May this year Lucy is running a half marathon on the Great Wall of China! She have never been a runner before so this is a major thing for her to undertake!

Matthews Hub are delighted to share that they are proudly working towards the Rainbow Flag Award.

Many autistic people also have sensory processing difficulties. Their senses can be under or over-sensitive. Sometimes it can be both! This can be quite difficult in daily life, especially when we don’t know how to help ourselves and when to ask for help.

Christmas is coming, but we don’t need to remind you about that! You probably see all the festive decorations around you and are getting ready for the big day!

Christina Clarkson Occupational Therapist with the Humber Adult Autism Assessment Service, will be attending the Advice & Support Group at the Clarendon Pub on Thursday 19th October.
