Katie is our Emotional Wellbeing Practitioner.
Currently, Katie offers a weekly Adult Support Group via Zoom on a Monday at 2pm – 3pm.
This is safe places for members to meet and talk about how they are feeling and practice Mindfulness techniques.
These techniques that can be used to reduce anxiety and low mood i.e. Meditation and many other Mindfulness exercises.
This service is available for all our members with/or awaiting a diagnosis of either Autism and ADHD.
Katie can also offer support to members in accessing other mental health service if needed.
