Matthew’s Hub members can access Emotional Wellbeing Support which is delivered by Katie our Emotional Wellbeing Practitioner.
We can arrange an appointment for a friendly chat.
Following on from an initial consultation a support plan can be made which will be tailored to your individual needs.
If it is decided that support is required externally, Katie can help you access the right help.
Due to COVID-19 we have adapted the way we support our members to help keep everyone safe.
To access Emotional Wellbeing Support we are currently using Zoom, phone and email to keep connected with our members.
We have developed weekly Zoom Support Groups.
These are safe places for members to meet and talk about how they are feeling and practice Mindfulness techniques. These techniques that can be used to reduce anxiety and low mood i.e. Meditation and many other Mindfulness exercises.
