Pre-diagnosis workshops for those waiting for an Autism assessment

Are you waiting for an Autism Assessment? Matthews Hub will be running pre-diagnosis workshops for 3 weeks to support those waiting on assessments. 

If you, your child or a member of your family is autistic, waiting for an Autism assessment to get a diagnosis can be a worrying time but Matthew's Hub is here to help.

Our pre-diagnosis workshops aim to give you a better understanding of autism and what the assessment process will require.

The sessions will cover introductory topics such as:

• What is autism?
• What you can expect from the assessment process
• What you can expect from a diagnosis or non diagnosis
• Methods that will help you manage your feelings and emotions while you wait for your Autism assessment
