Our pre-diagnosis workshops aim to give you a better understanding of autism and what the assessment process will require.

The sessions will cover introductory topics such as:

What is autism?
What you can expect from the assessment process
What you can expect from a diagnosis or non diagnosis
Methods that will help you manage your feelings and emotions while you wait for your Autism assessment
