Course content

On Day 1, facilitating trainers will be experiencing part two of Tier 2 of The Oliver McGowan Mandatory Training on Learning Disability and Autism as it is expected to be delivered following attendance on this course.

The morning of both days focuses on the learning disability session and autism session and participants attending this course will need make notes of any questions about delivery

The afternoons focus is on discussing the content of the two half-day sessions in more detail and thinking about possible questions facilitating trainers may be posted by their delegates when delivering the course, and how to respond to them. Facilitating trainers will get the opportunity to ask questions about delivering the sessions and also talk about co-production and co-facilitating the sessions.

Day 1: Learning disability session

Day 2: Autism session

These two sessions must always be delivered in this order.

This is a vital element of The Oliver McGowan Mandatory Training on Learning Disability and Autism.

Course pre-requisites
