Emotional Wellbeing Support

We offer a weekly online emotional wellbeing support group for our members aged 18 or over.

This is a safe place for members to meet and talk about how they are feeling and practice mindfulness techniques.

These techniques (i.e. meditation and many other mindfulness exercises) can be used to reduce anxiety and low mood.

Katie, our emotional wellbeing practitioner can also offer support to members in accessing other mental health service(s) if needed.
