Matthew's Hub is Recruiting a New CEO!
Matthew's Hub is moving into a new phase, our long serving CEO is retiring in December 2026. They have worked in partnership with the Trustees and staff to shape the organisation's growth and direction.
The charity has a wonderful staff team who bring their lived, worked and academic experience of neurodiversity to support autistic people and those with ADHD.
We are in a healthy place in terms of reputation, finance and new projects. The Trustee Board is now seeking a leader who can build on the strong foundations bringing fresh energy and strategic vision, alongside commercial acumen to sustain and grow the charity's income.
We are looking for someone who is skilled and experienced in strategic planning, financial management, understanding and planning. We need them to be visionary and ambitious for Matthew's Hub now and into the future. The organisation plans a handover period of several months.
