ADHD Training

Our ADHD training incorporates information with lived experience. We cover topics such as What is ADHD, myth busting, traits and how they present in everyday life, attention/ hyperactivity/ impulsivity, executive functioning and much more. Our workers and parents/ carers sessions also have some strategies that Matthew’s Hub members have found useful.
