Introduction to Autism
Here at Matthew's Hub we understand that our online Zoom sessions don't always fit into everyone's busy schedules. That's why we're looking at new ways to share our knowledge and expertise, allowing people to learn at a time and pace that suits them.
Matthew's Hub training is written, developed and delivered by our neurodivergent staff and it includes examples drawn from our personal lived experiences.
This online Introduction to Autism training is designed for anyone interested in learning more about Autism. It is suitable for individuals considering a diagnosis, those who have already been diagnosed, as well as family members and friends of Autistic people.
This training will take just over 3 Hours in total so we've split this down into 7 videos covering these topics:
- What is Autism?
- Diagnostic Criteria
- Emotions
- Health
- Sensory
- Stimming
- Things to consider
