Getting to the venue

Travelling by car From Holderness Road, turn into Laburnum Avenue and drive approx 200m. The entrance is on the left and is clearly signposted. There is a long drive with a speed limit of 5 mph. Limited parking is available next to the building - there are approx. 20 spaces. Alternative car parking is available on Laburnum Avenue and Village Road.

Travelling by bus There are several bus routes which travel along Holderness Road. Please refer to Stagecoach or East Yorkshire Buses to plan your journey. From a nearby Holderness Road bus stop, head down Laburnum Avenue until you reach the site entrance on the left.

Please Note: There is no pedestrian or vehicle access directly from Holderness Road.

Refreshments

Attendees are welcome to bring their own tea/coffee supplies and use the kitchen facilities at the venue. Please note that lunch is not provided.

Building details and accessibility

Please be aware that this venue is a historic house and the grounds have several uneven areas. The main access to the house is via a stone staircase. There is also a disabled lift. If you have any accessibility or learning needs, please email training@matthewshub.org. We will liaise with the facilitating trainer and the venue staff to see what accommodations can be put in place for you.
