Interim Report Published

On 31st March the Department of Health released an interim report outlining progress into an independent review. The review looks at the prevalence and support for mental health conditions, ADHD and Autism. This report the main findings so far, and the priorities and questions for the next phase.

Hull Job Fair

On the 16th April 2026 Hull based company Choices and Rights Disability Coalition will be holding their own first ever job fair.

"This is an exciting opportunity for us to recruit personal assistants to help with our disabled clients and their families. We have our own database with 50+ available vacancies at present, these range from 4hrs weekly up to full time caring for both adults and children.

On the 16th April 2026 the job fair with give attendees the chance to look over all the vacancies we have, ask questions and apply for the positions."

Hull Self-Care and Self-Neglect Survey

Between Tuesday April 7th and Friday 15th May The Hull Safeguarding Adults Board are looking for people to respond to this anonymous survey. Respondents must reside in Hull or be connected to Hull postcodes.
