18-25 Transitional Group (Members Only)

Our 18–25 Transitional Group provides a welcoming, relaxed space for young adults as they take their next steps into adulthood. The group offers a range of social activities, including board games, card games and jigsaw puzzles, creating opportunities to connect, build confidence and develop friendships.

This small, supportive group is specifically designed for individuals who have moved on from our youth group and would benefit from additional support as they transition into our adult (18+) activities. We aim to provide a comfortable environment where members can develop independence, explore new opportunities, and gradually become involved in wider adult services at a pace that suits them.

This group runs every Wednesday from 5pm - 7pm in Beverley

The sessions are funded by a 'Do it For East Yorkshire' (DiFEY) grant from East Riding of Yorkshire Council.
