Wellbeing Peer Support Group (Members only)

We offer a weekly online wellbeing peer support group for our members aged 18 or over.

This is a safe place for members to meet and talk about how they are feeling and practice mindfulness techniques. These techniques (i.e. meditation and many other mindfulness exercises) can be used to reduce anxiety and low mood.

Each week we introduce a different topic to start off the conversation - such as boundaries, assertiveness and masking.

There's no pressure to speak in the group, and it's up to you whether or not to keep your camera on. You are welcome to type your comments in the chat box if your prefer.

Katie, our emotional wellbeing practitioner can also signpost members to other mental health services if needed.
