Online parents' peer support group

We’re really pleased that our online support group has been so popular. It shows us how important this space is for parents, and we’re glad to continue offering it.

This session’s topic will be:

Supporting independence in neurodivergent young people

Developing independence is a gradual journey, and every young person moves at their own pace. This session will open up a conversation where parents can share their own experiences — what has worked, what has felt challenging, and what they are currently navigating — in a supportive and understanding space.

We will begin with a short presentation, invite you to share your experiences, and send a few reflective questions in advance to help you think about the topic.

Online parents peer support

This is a safe, non-judgemental peer support group where parents can connect and learn from one another. It is not an advice group, but a space for shared experiences.
