This general introduction session is designed for anyone interested in learning more about autism. It is suitable for individuals considering a diagnosis, those who have already been diagnosed, as well as family members and friends of autistic adults. The session includes general examples drawn from lived experiences.

Our training incorporates information with lived experience. We cover topics such as What is Autism / ADHD, myth busting, traits and how they present in everyday life, and much more. Our workers and parents / carers sessions also have some strategies that Matthew’s Hub members have found helpful.
