What we do

We support our members to build real life skills to gain employment, education and training experience. This support can include:

  • Weekly mentoring sessions
  • Skills scans
  • Supported job searches
  • Supported job applications
  • Signposting to appropriate training
  • Developing interview skills
  • Creating a CV and covering letter
  • Interview debriefs
  • Support plan and strategies for when you are in employment

We support members to build real life skills, coping strategies in attending and transition to college or employment. 

Information and Support for Employers

We are always happy to speak with employers about autism and how to help employees with any issues they may face due to their condition in the workplace.
